- Account Data: Email address and hashed password when you register.
- Monitor Data: The URLs you submit for monitoring, their status (UP/DOWN), and check timestamps.
- Alert Configuration: Telegram bot tokens, chat IDs, and SMTP credentials you provide for alerts.
- Feedback: Your name, email, rating, and message when you submit feedback.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Service:
- To monitor the URLs you submit and send alerts when they go down
- To maintain your account and subscription
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns and feedback
- To communicate with you about service updates or issues
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in MongoDB with encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only external services we interact with are:
- Telegram API (when you enable Telegram alerts)
- Your SMTP email server (when you enable email alerts)
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (monitors, settings, feedback) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies are used.
