Uptime Monitor offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.
We collect and store the URLs you submit, monitoring results, and your account information. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems.
Uptime Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
